vocalist
Alex Stassi is a self contained vocalist with a repertoire of over 500 songs and counting, spanning from the 50's all the way to the present day, performing many styles and genres which will satisfy almost anyone from 18- 80 years old.
Although specializing in Soul/Motown & Modern R&B, Alex also sings Reggae, Pop, Rock, Jazz, Current Chart, Dance & Hip Hop
Alex is also known as the ‘Human iPod’ after a punter asked "How do you go from really low to really high? The way you chop and change from one song to another, you're like an iPod on shuffle"
For venues, a typical vocal set consists of two 1 hour or three 40 minute sets with appropriate background music in between.
For private events, a typical vocal set will either be an hour or 2 x 45min sets with appropriate background music in between.
As a vocalist, Alex has performed in many venues all over the UK, including top London hotels, bars, casinos, clubs and holiday parks.
Alex is available for your venue and functions, including Weddings, Birthdays and Anniversaries
dj vocalist
For larger events, Alex also comes as a DJ to keep your party going in between vocal sets. Why book two separate services when you can save on having one man do the whole night for you!
This set up includes a larger PA and lighting system.
Being an avid Record & CD collector, Alex has a vast catalogue of songs.
If there are any special requests or songs you require for your event then these will be aquired for you.
A typical Dj set is about 5 hours including appropriate live vocal sets in between.
For weddings this can include your choice of first and last dances and whether you would like these performed live or have the original song played.
If you are looking at an all day package for your wedding, including live dinner music for your wedding breakfast, a microphone will also be provided for your speeches.
piano vocalist
Alex began gigging as a keyboard/vocalist and his repertoire is extensive, pulling many a song out of thin air. Alex is self taught and plays by ear.
Ideal for hotels, bars and restaurants, Alex will provide entertainment to suit your needs from mellow background to mid tempo.
If your venue or function has it's own piano, Alex will provide a suitable PA system to mic himself and the piano.
Alternatively Alex can also provide his own piano/keyboard.
This package is recommended for entertainment during your wedding breakfast or drinks reception, or as an addition to the dj/vocalist package to provide you with a full days entertainment.
All services include Pat Tested equipment and £10million public liabilty insurance.
